b939 Terms and Conditions — Know the Rules Before You Play

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and b939 ("the Platform," "we," "us"). Access to and use of the b939 platform — including all gaming products, sports betting markets, VIP services, promotional offers and payment processing — is conditional on your full acceptance of these Terms.

By completing the account registration process, logging into an existing account, making a deposit or placing a wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms carefully and that you agree to be bound by them. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users and players of b939.

To open and use a b939 account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

b939 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Where age or identity cannot be verified to our satisfaction, access to the account and any associated funds may be suspended pending verification.

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one account on b939. Creating more than one account — whether under the same name, the same device, the same payment method or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete and current information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, contact details and any other information b939 requests during or after registration. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account suspension and permanent closure.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. b939 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure. Account sharing — where two or more people use the same b939 account — is not permitted. The account registered in your name is for your exclusive personal use only.

All deposits and withdrawals on b939 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). b939 supports the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer and other mobile wallets or bank cards as made available from time to time.

Deposits are typically credited to your b939 account balance instantly or within a short processing window depending on the payment method used. b939 does not charge a fee for standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method that belongs to you and that matches the name on your b939 account.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn.
• b939 reserves the right to apply standard processing times ranging from a few hours to several business days depending on the method and account tier.
• VIP members at Gold tier and above benefit from priority withdrawal processing as part of their tier benefits.

b939 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before approving any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where unusual account activity is detected. Withdrawal requests may be declined or delayed where fraud, money laundering or terms violation is suspected.

b939 offers bonuses, free bets, cashback and other promotional rewards to both new and existing players. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms which are published alongside each offer. Where a conflict exists between general Terms and specific promotional terms, the specific promotional terms take precedence for that offer.

General bonus conditions that apply to all b939 promotions unless stated otherwise:

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement. The applicable multiplier is stated clearly in the bonus terms. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from them cannot be withdrawn until the full wagering requirement is met.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated for that bonus. Unused bonus funds expire at the end of the validity period.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational play. Any use of bonuses that b939 determines to constitute abuse — including but not limited to low-risk wagering strategies specifically designed to exploit bonus terms — may result in bonus cancellation and the voiding of associated winnings.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household and per device. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus multiple times via duplicate accounts is a violation of these Terms.
• b939 reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.

Cashback earned through the VIP programme is credited as bonus funds and is subject to a wagering requirement unless the specific VIP tier terms state otherwise. VIP cashback terms are governed by the VIP programme rules detailed in Section 7.

All sports bets placed on b939 — including cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, football and esports — are governed by the betting rules applicable to each market. Specific rules for each sport and market type are available within the Bet section of the platform and take precedence over these general terms in matters of settlement.

The following general betting rules apply across all b939 sports markets:

• All bets are placed at the odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation. Odds are subject to change before confirmation and b939 is not liable for changes in odds after a bet has been accepted.
• b939 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market where an error in odds has occurred, where the event has already started at the time of placement, or where the outcome was known at the time of placement.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to availability and market rules. b939 may suspend in-play markets at any time during an event.
• Where an event is cancelled, postponed or abandoned, bets will be settled according to the relevant sport-specific rules. In most cases, postponed events that are not completed within 24 hours will result in stakes being returned.
• Maximum bet limits and maximum payout limits apply per market and are subject to change. Current limits are visible when placing a bet.

For digital games — including slot games, live casino, bingo and fish games — all outcomes are determined by certified random number generation. Game-specific rules are displayed within each game. b939 does not manipulate game outcomes and is not liable for losses arising from normal gameplay variance.

The b939 VIP programme rewards consistent players with tier-based benefits including cashback on net losses, faster withdrawal processing, higher deposit and withdrawal limits, and access to a dedicated personal account manager at higher tiers.

The five VIP tiers are Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Tier progression is based on accumulated VIP points earned through real-money wagers across all game categories. Specific points requirements for each tier are displayed within the VIP page.

• VIP points are earned on real-money wagers only. Wagers placed with active bonus funds do not contribute to VIP point accumulation unless stated otherwise.
• VIP tier status is reviewed on a rolling basis. Players who do not maintain the activity level required for their current tier may be moved to a lower tier at the next review period.
• VIP cashback is calculated on net losses within the applicable period and credited as bonus funds subject to wagering requirements unless the tier's specific terms state a lower or zero wagering requirement.
• b939 reserves the right to modify VIP tier requirements, benefits and cashback rates at any time. Existing tier members will be notified of material changes.
• VIP programme benefits are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash directly.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on b939 and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person in doing so.
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration or verification.
• Using software, bots, scripts or any automated means to interact with b939 games or betting markets.
• Exploiting errors, bugs or technical faults in platform software to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings arising from a technical fault are void.
• Engaging in or facilitating any form of collusion, match-fixing, or manipulation of betting markets.
• Using b939 for any money laundering, fraud or other financial crime.
• Sharing account credentials with third parties or allowing third parties to operate your account.
• Abusing promotional offers, including bonus stacking, multi-accounting for bonus collection or using wagering strategies specifically designed to exploit bonus conditions.
• Using a payment method that does not belong to you or depositing funds on behalf of a third party.

b939 monitors account activity and reserves the right to investigate any account where suspicious behaviour is detected. Where prohibited conduct is confirmed, b939 may void all affected bets and game rounds, close the account and withhold or return any funds in accordance with applicable requirements.

b939 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The account is being used for fraudulent, illegal or abusive purposes.
• Continued operation of the account creates risk for the platform or other players.
• The account holder has failed to complete required identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting b939 support. Upon closure, any real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to unfulfilled wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method after standard verification checks.

Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period may be classified as dormant. b939 will notify you before applying any dormancy policy to your account balance.

b939 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. We make reasonable efforts to keep the platform operational and secure, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the platform will be error-free at all times.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, b939's liability to you in connection with your use of the platform is limited to the actual real-money balance held in your account at the time a claim arises. b939 is not liable for:

• Loss of profits, loss of opportunity or any indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform.
• Losses resulting from interruptions to service, technical faults, network outages or circumstances beyond b939's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from your own failure to keep account credentials secure.
• Decisions made on the basis of information displayed on b939 that contains errors or inaccuracies.

Nothing in these Terms limits b939's liability for fraud, gross negligence or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

b939 collects, processes and stores personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering an account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

b939 uses your data to operate your account, process transactions, verify identity, provide customer support, prevent fraud and, where you have consented, to send you promotional communications. Your data is not sold to third parties for marketing purposes.

You have the right to request access to the personal data held about you and to request corrections where data is inaccurate. Data retention periods and your rights regarding data deletion are detailed in the Privacy Policy.

b939 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Where a change is material — meaning it materially affects your rights or obligations as a player — b939 will notify you by email or by a prominent notice on the platform before the change takes effect.

Your continued use of b939 following notification of any change constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the updated Terms, you should stop using b939 and request account closure. The date at the top of this page reflects when the Terms were last updated.
